Breyer Horse Painting

Harrington Raceway Tour

Wow, that was great! 4-H members braved the thirty something degree morning temperatures, to experience the therapy pool, training barn and track tour. We toured Mr. George Teague's barn and watched his trainers exercising eight of the standardbred horses he currently has in training, were treated to a demonstration of a horse swimming in the therapy pool and a standardbred in the horse walker. Special thanks to Harrington Raceway for hosting a great tour of their training facility.

Club Meeting 10/7/10

We would like to thank everyone who came to our first club meeting of the new 4-H year. We have several things planned for this year and look forward to sharing our ideas for an exciting year.  Our upcoming events include: a barn tour at Harrington Raceway and the much loved annual Breyer model horse painting.
