The State 4‐H Horse Show will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013 in the Quillen Arena during the Delaware State Fair. All participants must be currently enrolled 4-H members. Horses do not need to be stabled on the fairgrounds and may ship in just for the day. Horses and ponies need to have proof of a current negative Coggins test as well as proof of vaccination for Equine Influenza and Rhino (EHV) within the last 180 days. All exhibitors are required to wear an ASTM/SEI approved helmet whenever mounted or driving. A complete class list is available on the State 4-H Animal Science website.
